We provide leadership training (Leadership Advantage™) a practical leadership masterclass designed to help senior leaders handle difficult conversations with confidence, build trust within their teams and make better decisions under pressure. This training draws on professional mediation practice and proven leadership frameworks, the programme equips participants with clear, actionable tools to resolve conflict early, prevent escalation and strengthen leadership impact across their organisation.

Mary
Mary is an experienced Accredited Interpersonal Practice Mediator and Community Mediator, with previous experience as an Intergenerational Mediation Service Manager. She is a trustee of a local charity and holds a degree in European Business Administration & Languages, along with a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
She delivers practical conflict management training drawing on her extensive experience in mediation, supporting teams to build the confidence, emotional intelligence and communication skills needed to manage conflict constructively and professionally. Her training style is practical, engaging and grounded in real-world workplace experience.

Jacqui
We are delighted to be working alongside Jacqui. Jacqui is an experienced trainer, facilitator and mediator dedicated to helping people and organisations and build trust, resolve conflict and foster inclusive, collaborative environments. With a professional background spanning the charity and social impact sector Jacqui brings a breadth and depth of experience, underpinned by a PhD and a lifelong commitment to learning. She has designed and delivered acclaimed programmes such as Dialogue for Social Cohesion for the Refugees as Re-Builders™ initiative, developing participants’ capacity for active listening, empathy and constructive dialogue across divides. Guided by fairness, empathy and a commitment to inclusion she brings a calm, reflective presence to all her training and facilitation, work empowering individuals and teams to move forward with confidence.
