Workplace Mediation
Impartial mediation with clear outcomes
Workplace conflict rarely resolves itself. Left unmanaged, it can affect performance, absence levels, team morale and leadership credibility. Using an external mediator is a neutral way to address conflicts and support best practise.
Our online or in-person service directly addreses issues and provides a clear, contained process to help people move from tension to workable agreement. The service is designed to restore professional working relationships wherever possible and where that is not achievable, to support dignified and structured separation of issues.
Most workplace mediations are resolved within a single day.

Introductory Call
A brief phone or video call to assess suitability, outline the process and answer any initial questions. Allow around 15 to 20 minutes

Individual Meetings
Confidential one-to-one meetings with each participant (the other party is not present). Allows each person to speak openly, clarify concerns and prepare for constructive dialogue.

Joint Mediation Meeting
A structured, facilitated conversation where both parties meet to work through the issues and move toward practical agreements.

Closure and 6 Week Review
A follow-up check-in to review progress, reinforce agreements and formally conclude the process.
