PART 1 – Conflict with Clarity: Leadership Masterclass (Foundations) Builds a shared understanding of conflict, decision-making and escalation across the group.

PART 2 – Conflict with Clarity: Practical Application 
Focus on practical application, rehearsal and confidence-building using real organisational scenarios. Please note Part 2 cannot be delivered without Part 1

Learning objectives

- Apply conflict frameworks (Karpman, TKI, PIN) to real workplace situations

- Manage emotionally charged conversations with confidence

- Step out of reactive patterns and choose constructive responses

- Improve team trust and collaboration

Bonus Hours - These optional hours sit alongside either the masterclass and /or the Practical Application and deepen learning. They allow participants to move from understanding to application at their own pace. We offer: Bonus Hour (1 hour) which is a guided session applying the tools to realistic scenarios. Or a Bonus Bundle (3 hours) which is extended supported practice. For Corporate bookings this is automatically included in the total cost.
