Online B-CLEAR™ Workshops
Short, practical online workshops designed to build confidence in managing difficult conversations and addressing conflict before it escalates.
Using the B-CLEAR™ framework, participants explore practical approaches to recognising difficult conversations, listening effectively, reducing defensiveness and agreeing constructive next steps.
Format: Online interactive workshop
Duration: 60 or 90 minutes
Participants: Groups of 5 to 10 people per session

Designed for Company Directors, Senior Leaders and managers, the masterclass provides practical tools for understanding conflict, recognising escalation and responding constructively.
Format: In-person
Duration: Full day
Participants: Groups of 8 to 15 people per session
