Founder of Aspects Mediation Services Ltd. Mary is an experienced Accredited Mediator who brings extensive practical experience of working with conflict into her training and facilitation. She delivers practical, skills-based conflict management training, drawing on her experience of workplace, intergenerational and residential mediation. Mary has developed B-C.L.E.A.R.™ a practical framework for navigating difficult conversations, and co-developed Conflict with Clarity™ Aspects Mediation Services' one-day leadership masterclass for managing workplace conflict under pressure. Trainer, Facilitator & Accredited Mediator
An experienced trainer, facilitator and mediator who brings a thoughtful, inclusive approach to her work. With a PhD and a lifelong commitment to learning, she combines academic insight with a practical understanding of dialogue, relationships and conflict.
She co-designed and delivered Dialogue for Social Cohesion, one of three modules within the Refugees as Re-Builders™ training programme, an ILM-assured programme. She also co-developed Conflict with Clarity™ the Aspects Mediation Services' one-day leadership masterclass for managing workplace conflict under pressure..
Jacqui is guided by fairness, empathy and a belief in the value of creating space for people to listen, reflect and engage. She brings a calm, warm and reflective presence to her training, facilitation and mediation.
